Efflorescent Tarot b/w      2012 Katie Rose Pipkin      USA                                                   Art Medium: Pen drawings. Description: Pipkin created the images for this deck, based on the Rider Waite, but seen through the idea of flowering. Her pen drawings are well executed and she finds new ways of realising each image, being particularly adept at creating dramatic tableau. She issued her black and white pen drawings and also her sensitively and subtly watercoloured version. It took two years to complete this project.
