Use of old photographs modified in photoshop with collaged parts of original paintings. Description: Misha Huntting is especially drawn to old photographs, some of early filmstars. She also creates drawings and paintings which become the basis for posed photographs of models. These are then brought together in Photoshop with a multiplicity of layers of textures. Her work takes a rather sardonic view of American society.
