Right now I'm reading in the (anonymous) preface of the reprint of the 1723 edition of Die goldene Kette Homers from A. J. Kirchweger, published by Wendelholm in 1972, the following statement: (...) there notwithstanding exists another book from the same Kirchweger entitled Microscopium Basilii Valentini, Berlin 1790, within that he refers more than a dozen times to his Aurea Catena and likewise to his third writing Ars Senum seu Pandora redux. The latter, however, had remained completely unknown to all hermetic literary critics. |

D. Hornfisher might be a good candidate for supporting this kind of research. There are a couple of other well known authors who made mention of another work within their already published works but never appeared to the public.
