Someone asked me if I knew of an engraving or woodcut portrait of the early 17th century Dr Francis Anthonie, the writer on the Aurum Potabile. I feel sure there will be one, but I cannot locate one in any of his books. |

There's no portrait of him in the entry concerning his life in the Dictionary of Biography (online edition), although, of course, such a listing is by no means definitive. |
