Actually it’s a bit dated and needs an upgrade. I’ll get around to it eventually.

Many of the glyphs in the Esoterik font seem to be in the style of Rudolf Koch's 'Book of Signs'.

If you want/need to create your own fonts/characters then the open-source FontForge is available:
