1. Frontispiece engraving. 150x95mm. "Signaculum Mundi Pythagoricum". From a circular blaze of light, the "Mundus Archetypus", a further circle bearing the Angelic, Ethereal and Elementary world is emanated. In front of this a triangle of Mercury, Sulphur and Salt, has another triangle with it and is also labelled with the four elements, and the different kingdoms of creatures. This in turn stands upon a rectangular base, the "Ignis infernis", with the realms of Chaos and Satan. This emblem was used in the 'Museum hermeticum'.
2. Engraved title page. 146x97mm. This has 10 images from the Mylius series of 160 small emblems.
3. Three small woodcuts approximately 24x24mm. entitled "Minerva's Owl in an ivy bush", "Hermogenes goose roasted in the sun", and "Apollo's bird of paradise". These are part of a table entitled "An epitaph made by W.C." and occurs in two versions, one in Latin the other in English on facing pages.
4. Inserted after p16 of Helvetius. Engraving. 141x93mm. Five circles or medallions.
5. Inserted after p34 of Helvetius. Engraving. 125x93mm. Depiction of medal struck to commemorate a transmutation performed at Prague on the 15th January 1648 in the presence of Emperor Ferdinand III. Text at bottom "Count Rusz, uppermost Hill master in Steyer and Carinthiae (two Provinces of high Germany) hath with one only graine of Tincture transmtuted three pounds of Quicksilver into pure gold fixt in all assayes and proofes out of which was cast this piece of Gould".
