Description:
Dr. Emil Kazanlar Aminollah was born in 1939 in Tehran. He studied philosophy at University of Tehran, and later at the Eotvos Lorand University in Budapest. He studied miniature painting at Tehran University of Fine Arts in Tehran. At the age of twenty he moved his mother's home country, Hungary. Puppet government established in Iran, then Tehran University of Fine Arts he studied miniature painting at Tehran University of Fine Arts in Tehran. He has worked in the Hungarian Parliament as French, Spanish, English and Persian interpreter, was a journalist and worked in the Iranian embassy. He is also a historian of puppetry. In 1992 his tarot deck Majors was published in Budapest. In 1993 he issued the Minors. He saw his work as ecumenical. Rods incorporate the World of Buddhism and Hinduism, Eastern religious philosophy. Cups relate to Western religions particularly Christianity. Swords express Egyptian religious ideas. The coins relate to the images on Persian miniatures. The ten sephiroth of the Kabbalah relate to the pips.
