Description: The artwork looks like oil painting but is actually realised entirely digitally. Lorland Chen is one of the better known of Chinese fantasy artists. He also works as a teacher in an academy of fine arts. In this deck he reuses eight from the 2005 issue: Empress, Lover, Chariot, Wheel of Fortune, Hanged man, Devil, Tower and Star. The print quality is much higher in this deck than the earlier version.
