Description: Lupo Alberto ("Alberto the Wolf") is an Italian comic book series created by Guido Silvestri in 1974. It details the adventures of Lupo Alberto, a blue wolf. The tarot imaghes feature many of the characters from the comic strip - Enrico the mole is the Magician, Marta the hen, appears as the High Priestess, Kant the philosopher pig is the Devil and so on. These images are probably taken from existing artwork and choses to fit the relevant tarot arcana, rather than being especially created for the tarot deck.
