Unlike the Newman book which deals with the early period of the atomic/corpuscular theory, this book by Mark Morrisson instead looks at the ways in which the occultism of the late 19th and early 20th centuries - the Theosophical Society, the Golden Dawn, the Alchemical Society and other such groups - were influenced by the emerging atomic theory of matter.
