I have just sent this off to the publisher. I don't yet know a publication date. Sooner the better as far as I am concerned. I don't want to be in the same situation as Iain Banks.

I just wanted to say a sincere 'Thank You' to Adam and all other members of this forum for all the help that you have given me over the years. I really do appreciate it.

AMS Press.

Stan Linden recommended them. They also published Michael Walton's Genesis and the chemical philosophy.
