Does anyone know which ms is referred to in the title "including 22 allegorical pictures reproduced from the original paintings in the unique manuscript on vellum, dated 1582, in the British Museum"
I have had a look through the version at the Internet Archive, but cannot see any reference to it.

Incidentally Kohn's original working manuscript for his book together with other research notes are in the Wellcome.

Thanks for the Harley reference, Adam.
Also for the information about the Wellcome. I will look at them when I manage to go up to London.
