In a recent conversation with Jenny Rampling she impressed on me that the sequence of alchemical operations in George Ripley's Compound of Alchemy is derived from the earlier Scala philosophorum. 

Has a translation into English been made of this work?

Not in modern times I don't think, but Ashmole 1480 in Bodley contains English translations of some writings by Guido de Montanor, but it doesn't say which ones.

I had a go at reading the Latin version which is in Manget's Bibliotheca chemica curiosa, currently online at UCM in Spain - pages 134-147 of the second volume (images 1122 onwards), but the text quality is appalling. I wonder why they did not give us a higher resolution scan. However you can clearly see the sections on the twelve processes.
