I just found this interesting illustrated catalogue of some of the items formerly in Water Pagel's library. Pagel is well known for his work on Paracelsus.

These are the books offered in my two catalogues of the Pagel books. The rest of Walter Pagel’s library was sold at Sotheby’s in 1984 and his papers were given to the Wellcome Library"

| Many of the volumes sold at Sotheby's were purchased by the Ritman Library (Bibliotheca Philosophica Hermetica). The library's online catalogue lists some 75 works of that provenance.
