I found an interesting article on a table of musical correspondences

 J. REBOTIER, (1995), "La Musique de Flamel", in Didier Kahn  et Sylvain Matton (eds.), «Alchimie: art, histoire et mythes», pp.507-545.

It was printed in Arnaud de Villeneuve, Le Sentier des sentiers, Paris 1624. There are three manuscripts of this but they appear to be later (one is 17th and the other two are 18th century manuscripts).

It is a table of correspondences between alchemical processes and equipment and the notes of the musical scale.

The 1624 version is a translation into French by Gaucher, published by Perier. The original title is 'Semita Semitae'.

The inclusion of this 'Musique De Flamel' table in this French book of 1624 is perhaps evidence of the popularity of the Flamel myth, which first appeared in the French publication of 1612. From then on the Flamel publishing industry took off. This attempt to give "Flamel" a musical spin seems not to have so engaged the public imagination.
