Yes, it's very cunning: left-clicking, then right-clicking and saving the page as, say, a .jpg enables the file to be subsequently opened in a program with a zoom facility, such as the various PhotoViewer programs, but the resolution seems to have been deliberately set at such a level that the resulting image is even then only just at the limit of legibility.
