These drawings were produced for exhibition, "Lo Sguardo dell'Aquilla", on the occasion of the eighth centenary of the birth of Federico II. The exhibition was shown in Brisighella (Ra), in L'Aquila, in Foggia, Vieste and Como. The exhibition and its catalogue was sponsored by the President of the Republic.
